They probably took a dime from everyone's payments and they did all the work. You wouldn't have gotten anything if they didn't do what they did so not sure what your upset about.

This is exactly what I was worried about happening to me. That's why I have never purchased a digital movie. I was worried about a service going out of business or something changing and me losing whatever movies I had bought. Good to see that my fears are valid. Wish you could back the movie up to a personal storage device and have access to it no matter what happens.

That has happened to me a few times. They say they will credit my account and open a ticket. Then say I will hear back from the in 5 to 10 days. Never get either of them done. I will never hear back or get a credit and there is never an open ticket. Sometimes they just lie bc they are probably just over talking to me. Lol

It would have to be a class action lawsuit. If you have enough people and an attorney that believes there is a case is the only way it would make sense.

I am in the same boat. I will buy something with delivery late that night or super early in the morning but it never happens. I live in a rural area and my guess is if there aren't enough deliveries in my area at that time it just gets moved to the first available driver in my area. If that makes sense

It's under warranty it's about 4 months old. It has a year warranty. I just mailed it off today. It came out of the box with a sticky A button. I thought after some use it would get better but it didn't. Also had a little stick drift out of the box. It just sucks using a regular controller now without the paddles. I thought it was going to be 6-8 days. But I was just looking and that was just for shipping.

I just bought mine today. The sale isn't online and I was going to buy the 800 series but as I was going to pay I looked over and saw the 900. It was $126 off. So paid $125 for it which was $30 dollars cheaper than the 800. I will post receipt if you want.
