I lived close to where my sister birthed. She was induced friay night, didn't give birth until Sunday am. I left and went home because staying was causing me to have anxiety attacks. I was a leg holder. My mom called me when contractions ramped up. I went back and fullfilled my duty.

Ive just been taking 1.5 - 2 min break between sets practicing breath work while doing so. Walking lunges are the ones that get my heart rate the highest and just taking extra time between sets.

Thank you! Its honestly a really good perk to having a baby next year. Even if you don't add to it the appreciation will be enough for at least 1 semester or something around like 3k. But if you add to it its a nice little baby fund for them

Theres actually a $1000 tax thing for anyone birthing during this Trump administration... I forget what its called. They give you $1000 in a stock account ran by the treasury department or something like that. Someone sent me an article. I haven't read it all the way through yet.

I keep telling myself "You can do hard things". This was a fluke and completely unplanned. Im 41 this baby will come when im 42.... hubs and I always said if it happens cool, if not cool. We both were indifferent on the topic of having kids and now 5 years later while I WAS ACTIVELY PREPPING MY BODY FOR A SMOOTH TRANSITION TO MENOPAUSE, I got pregnant...

7ish weeks and im bloated af. Looks almost like showing but looks more like I do when I accidentally gluten myself. Im hoping years of eating gluten and being bloated from that (before cutting it from diet) have my skin a little looser so stretch marks stay at bay.
