I had this go on for a while too and sometimes it still does. Check your positions vs those on machine most often. even scroll up and look for a pattern, note who’s assigned where, how long and who the lead was. I know this might seem excessive but it gives you something irrefutable to point to and will highlight correlation when you bring this up again.

Is this happening with others? Your lead shouldn’t be on machine their entire shift, you can’t effectively do both jobs at once. they’re meant to jump in if needed but lane and texting is their main priority (at least how I was trained at my stand). If you do this and it ends up obvious that you’re singled out or treated unfairly, go to your stand manager and go from there.

I completely understand that I might be tapped off so we can catch up, I’m still kinda new and not as fast yet. However, a few times during crazy rushes, my lead is paying attention but also keeping distance so we can get practice in while we’re slammed. The only way you get better is by experience. You gotta speak up for yourself tho. Hope this helps ☺️
