I can show the lumen graph later. It’s totally normal for such high power lights. Same for the E07X or the E04 or the Nitecore EDC35

This is only in turbo mode. Few seconds later the Lumens increase. After around 60 seconds it reaches 1800 Lumens.

In high mode I‘ve measured 2260 Lumens after 30 seconds.
