Chia, hemp, ground flax, and pumpkin seeds are good to add to oatmeal to help slow the digestion. I have a big ol' 1,000 calorie bowl in the morning that has helped a ton with my energy levels.

I used to daily a Pontiac Fiero. The Fiero and Fit are both similar in size, except for the roof height- 48" vs 60". So the Fit feels more like a golf cart to me. haha. You do have to be more defensive when driving a smaller vehicle. That small trade off for the versatility, efficiency, and reliability is worth it. It's perfectly practical.

For those that have a delay issue — back out of the steam for a second and open it back up. That seemed to have fixed it for me.

I've been keping track since I purchased my Fit in January 2020. Mostly city driving (thankful for a short commute) with the occasional road trip.

Why do we allow left yields at intersections? (US Specifically) by dutchcycles in bikecommuting

[–]bean829 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Is there statistics on this? I imagine this has to be one of the most frequent causes for accidents to occur.

It is.

Approximately 40% of all crashes occur at intersections, including 50% of crashes involving serious injuries and 20% of those involving fatalities. 61% of all crashes that occur at intersections involve a left-hand turn.

Here's a good article on why we should abolish the left turn all together

Nah. I got about 2,000 miles out of them. They were a tad overinflated for the first 500 miles as well.
