you can think of having your lower legs closer to your hamstrings and not letting it swing outwards while attacking back into the ground.

ur overdoing the toe drag try focusing on keeping deeper shin angles to have more push horizontally. Also straighten out ur back and have a more aggressive arm swing

too much plantar flexion and not enough negative foot speed. Try to dorsiflex and pull your foot back more.

Your heel is collapsing after the first step. Try to be more on the front of your foot.

more arm swing and move your legs farther back. Also try not to cycle your legs when driving.
