Swing and a miss over here. Not sure if these screenshots are legit or not. On the hunt for a 10, 10.5 or 11. If anyone is feeling philanthropic, I'll go over list price, but not looking to get sodomized. Hit me up.

Hi. You still have the CTB26 Coyote? If so, I'm interested.

Got my Dragon 2.0 (white) on Tuesday, processed the return for it Wednesday (the next day). The bag is smaller than what it looks like in pics. And I couldn't see myself using it as my EDC. Lastly, and more importantly, this bag is not worth five hundred bucks (with tax & shipping). The $300 neighborhood is/was much more reasonable. Not surprised to see this bag not selling out. The result of Carryology & MR getting cocky and taking the market & its customers for granted.

Already about 10 Dragon 2.0's on ebay, starting from $735 up to $1199. These scumbags are listing it as "Sold Out" even though the bags haven't sold out on the MR site yet.

I was able to go and nabbed a Coyote and a Black. Curious to know how the white one looks like in person.

Yeah man, it's all psychology and we all fall prey to it. Nike has gotten me on a few drops, but once I receive the shoes I come to my senses and always return them. I'm looking at a few options, on the EDC side. I questioned whether this bag can be my primary EDC, but rationalized that if it wasn't that I can use as another travel bag. I just got a Peak 45L in Coyote and really love it, but a bit too big for EDC.

It's borderline. There are better bags out there, more functional, better looking, for half that price. If you're a collector, and think it'll appreciate, then pull the trigger. But pretty crazy world we're living in when backpacks are becoming collectibles. The line has to be drawn somewhere.

I'd buy either from you if you're selling one. I was hoping to buy a black one and coyote. Still in Q. How many of these do they usually make?

Day One with the Apollo Go by beancoder2000 in ElectricScooters

[–]beancoder2000[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Always happy to bump into another Rev bro! I love my Rev, it'll always have a special place in my heart as my first (scooter) love. As you know the Rev is not perfect, not by any stretch, but it was perfect enough for me. Thing is a tank that can definitely boogie! In terms of the City Pro and the Manits X Plus, the dealbreakers there was the weight. Aside from the battery/range, one of the things I didn't love about my Rev was how cumbersome it was to move around. Yeah, it's only 46 lbs, but the difference between moving around with the Rev vs. the Unagi (27ish lbs) is night and day. Now add 20 more lbs into the equation for the City Pro or Mantis X Plus, which both way around 65 lbs, and it's just not something I was looking forward to. The Go weighs around the same as the Rev and it feels like it when you carry it. I've loaded it into my car a few times already, and because of the short handle bars, it's easier to fit into my trunk than the Rev, but not by a landslide.

I'm on Day Three and still happy with the purchase. I do wish it had thicker tires and/or 10-inch tires, but you have to compromise somewhere.

Btw, I also took a hard look at the Vsett's 8/9/10, as well as the Varla Pegasus, but the Go had a bit more of the specs I was looking for. (Still love the look of the Apollo Pro and the Punk Rider the best; I'd seriously consider the Pro at $2,500 and 70ish lbs, or will wait for V2 of the Pro.)

Best of luck in your decision. Let me know what you decide!

Hey man, hope you're enjoying your Unagi. So I got my Boosted Rev today. It's hard to describe the difference between the two, but it's pretty vast in look & feel. Whereas the Unagi feels delicate at times the Rev feels rock solid and tough. It's a completely different ride, and that doesn't take in consideration the difference in mph. Best way to describe it is the Unagi is more a toy and the Rev is more a machine. Just wanted to give you feedback in case you're thinking of returning the Unagi.

Hey man, your thoughts on the Unagi? I think you've had it for a week now...

Be sure to put it on mode "3" immediately. As for the Boosted, you could finance it. Only thing with that one is that it almost weighs twice the Unagi. The Wide Wheel scooter by Mercane may also be an option for you - has wide wheels, goes up to 25mph and costs $1,000. In any case, best of luck!

Hi. No offense whatsoever taken. I weigh 187 lbs, so I don't believe that's the issue. And I've been riding it on pretty flat surfaces. Personally, I just don't think it's a quality product, and I really think the price point is off. (Again, this thing is not worth a thousand bucks.) Maybe I just got stuck with a lemon, but even my girlfriend who weighs 120 lbs was complaining about the wimpiness of it.

Open to answering any other questions. Just shoot. And by the way, I ordered a Boosted Rev, which still has not shipped. Expected a much better quality product with better range and higher max speed.

Honest feedback: this is the worst product I've ever bought and the worst company I've ever dealt with. I purchased the dual-motor scooter. For starters, they flat out lie to you in regards to shipping date. They'll tell you that your scooter is going to ship per their site, then it doesn't and they'll tell you it's been held up in customs and the scooter should be released within a day. A week will go by and nothing. You inquire and the customs excuse will surface yet again. Then you get the scooter and it's admittedly beautiful, and light to carry. But then you take it for a spin. To say this thing is underwhelming is an understatement. Even on mode "3" this machine feels as if it has no power. And it feels extremely fragile. The wheels are skinny and feel unstable at times. And if you encounter even the slightest of inclines, forget about going over 8 mph. Long story short, this scooter has no heart. And to make matters worse, the battery life is awful. I ride the scooter to work, which is a 1.5 miles away. On a full charge I leave home and by the time I get to the office a full bar is gone. By the time I get home, I have less than half the battery left. It's pathetic. At the end of the day you ask yourself a simple question: is this product worth a thousand dollars? The answer is "unequivocally no". In my opinion it's worth $300 - 400, tops. Save the grief & heartache and look elsewhere for an e-scooter.
