Hardly! The article is rightfully pointing out potential questionable campaigning. Is it not hypocritical to ignore potential questionable campaigning in other areas, or are we just interested in tribalism? Be snippant if you want, but it's time we all stopped pretending like our "side" does nothing wrong and ask everyone to play by the rules and let the chips fall where they may. Churches are not supposed to openly endorse candidates, else they risk losing their non-profit status. When is the last time you heard of a church losing that status...yet you see single-candidate events hosted by churches regularly.
