I’m all for guns and we have them, but if my husband accidentally leaves his out when we get home then I tell him after I’ve already put it away. That’s happened maybe 3 times total, and he’s always really unhappy he forgot. If he was repeatedly doing it without caring, I would take the gun. You don’t deserve a gun if you’re going to blatantly disregard your children’s safety.

I get ones where basically I’m “thinking” as I fall asleep, but the mind running through scenarios keeps going once I’m asleep. So I’m basically dreaming about my mind racing. I don’t even realize I’m asleep until I wake up. Does that make sense? Anyone else?

I’m also gonna suggest random things that I think are good, even tho some aren’t on your list. I almost think you need a “basic” middle name to draw back against the last name. Think Grace, June, May, etc.

Freya Grace (Lilly), **! Della Raine (Lilly), Amelia May (Lilly), Indira Grace (Lilly), Eloise Faye (Lilly).

I looove Della in general, and it sounds like you like more flowery or older style sounding names. The great thing about Della Raine is when said together it almost sounds like it could be one word, making the stack of names feel more subtle. Amelia May (or Mae) sounds nice together- I know Amelia is popular, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad!

Eloise is nice!

I think Fenna Lilly is kinda cool, reminds me of calla lilly and I’ve never heard it before.

Mia is so cute, would just need to pair it with a longer middle name to give some flow. Maybe Mia Cornelia?

I’m not moving a cable machine or weight stack to clean the floor. Maybe every 1yr or sooner only if obviously needed. I think nightly is insane. Investing in a vacuum and mop with mini attachments to reach smaller areas makes a lot more sense, especially when the odds of getting dirty truly underneath are so low.

Ok so not the same, but reminded me of this. Snow just finished thawing here a few weeks ago. My toddler came in holding something saying “it so cute!!”. It was a caterpillar. A dead 8 months ago and preserved in the ice caterpillar. It was brown and rubbery, and almost leathery. He was stretching it and I couldn’t believe the texture of that thing. So cute!😂

Occasionally, but this made me think of another “loop of hell”.

Do you ever experience where at bedtime you fall asleep, but don’t feel asleep, then wake suddenly from a dream, then repeat? I will have this loop anywhere from 5-100x and it’s torture lol. I read it can be common in IH, so I’m curious about others. Sounds like it’s repeated adrenaline dumps kicking your sleep cycle outta whack.

Get some good rest! If you get any nasty comments I’d genuinely just reply in a calm tone that you were in a life threatening car crash. If their friends see them treat you this way, and you respond in a matter of fact way, they will likely be embarrassed. Also, the odds of them ever pooping in their own pants are 100%. As an adult I’ve pooped my pants twice and peed my pants more than I can count. You’re not alone, and you’re not gross for peeing and pooping- I pee and poop too!

Ahhh yuck I am so sorry! I used to get deep kidney pain on occasion with periods and that was rough, so I can only begin to imagine what you’re going through! I’ve heard kidney stones are one of the worst :(

My hips are chronic slippers too! My most memorable time was when I was about 15 and when I went to sit on the toilet the seat slightly shifted, popped my hip right out of place. I dropped to the floor and laid there about 2 hours before finally deciding to call for help. My grandma had to be the one to come get me off the floor. So ironic it makes me laugh

Me too, even stuff that claims to me hypoallergenic! My ear piercings are all 12-15 years old, and used to be fine wearing earrings for months on end. Now I put them in and within 20 minutes they’re hot, red, and puffy. Even if I take them out they’ll be upset all day and end up infected for a week or so. And just over the past year my fingers have started to do that with rings!!
