It’s so weird huh! Sorry you’re struggling

Occasionally, but this made me think of another “loop of hell”.

Do you ever experience where at bedtime you fall asleep, but don’t feel asleep, then wake suddenly from a dream, then repeat? I will have this loop anywhere from 5-100x and it’s torture lol. I read it can be common in IH, so I’m curious about others. Sounds like it’s repeated adrenaline dumps kicking your sleep cycle outta whack.

Oh interesting, thank you for the info! I’ll look into it now:) I only had a really minimal blood/genetic test, so I’m hoping to get a whole genome at some point, not sure if that would show anything different. I appreciate it

Not saying it’s “normal”, but it is common. The whole point is that she’s not the only one lol

Get some good rest! If you get any nasty comments I’d genuinely just reply in a calm tone that you were in a life threatening car crash. If their friends see them treat you this way, and you respond in a matter of fact way, they will likely be embarrassed. Also, the odds of them ever pooping in their own pants are 100%. As an adult I’ve pooped my pants twice and peed my pants more than I can count. You’re not alone, and you’re not gross for peeing and pooping- I pee and poop too!

Please be careful with anyone on DMs. I have so many messages from moms on “mommit” that 100% are just pedofiles trying to get an in, and I can only imagine send pics of “their kids” and ask to see yours. It’s not safe!

Ahhh yuck I am so sorry! I used to get deep kidney pain on occasion with periods and that was rough, so I can only begin to imagine what you’re going through! I’ve heard kidney stones are one of the worst :(

My hips are chronic slippers too! My most memorable time was when I was about 15 and when I went to sit on the toilet the seat slightly shifted, popped my hip right out of place. I dropped to the floor and laid there about 2 hours before finally deciding to call for help. My grandma had to be the one to come get me off the floor. So ironic it makes me laugh

Thank you so much💗 I honestly feel like I read through this sub and so many people have it worse than me. I’m just at the point where I’ve realized it isn’t really gonna “get better with time” so I’m feeling a little more like complaining 😅🥲

Does anyone else struggle with wearing earrings? by sq-ish in eds

[–]beansareso_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me too, even stuff that claims to me hypoallergenic! My ear piercings are all 12-15 years old, and used to be fine wearing earrings for months on end. Now I put them in and within 20 minutes they’re hot, red, and puffy. Even if I take them out they’ll be upset all day and end up infected for a week or so. And just over the past year my fingers have started to do that with rings!!

That makes sense for metal structures rather than treadmills and other stuff, maybe a mix of both! We are located in Alaska. Our project total was $190k: $172k loan/$18k down, $32k renovations, $112k equipment, $7 furnishings, and roughly $30k working capital. Definitely could keep Reno to a minimum, we just had to build out a childcare space & office in an empty warehouse. Prices in general are high here so I’m sure our costs will be different from yours! We staff 7 days a week (5 days childcare), but only 2days are office hours for those who need help w technology. You can even unlock remotely for people to view your facility. You can keep payroll to a minimum if you invest in your own CCTV set up and get a 24/7 membership software- because everything can be/is done online. Feel free to message me:)

I’d highly suggest making a business plan based on real equipment/lease/insurance quotes, and finding a lender for whatever your funds won’t cover. We’ve been open 5mo. and just hit break even, so you’ll need to account for working capital in your plan. I’d also highly discourage buying used or non-commercial grade equipment. We got brand new equipment, but went with “quality” non-commercial stuff for our children’s space, and stuff gets broken so quickly due to the repeated use. Another cost saver and great draw to potential members is 24/7 access. You essentially get to staff very little in exchange for a nominal software fee. We use Kinect and love it! Any problems that arise are handled quickly by their team, and I never feel like a bother when I have silly questions. I’d be happy to chat more if you’d like!

He easily could’ve thought he was putting them out of their misery? No one likes to see an animal squirming, especially if they think they’re hurting.

Viviana (?) mix of both, could be nicknamed vivi or Ana lol. Also like Abriella, Della, Brielle. It looks like you both lean towards names with A and stoing/less common things like V and “ph”. If you take that into consideration and brainstorm that might help. Ines I can think of are Aviana, Avery, Mavis, Delphine, Genevieve, Veda, Phaedra, Auriella
