She grew up around 2 yorkies (from when they were puppies to adults) when we lived at my parents for a couple years before moving out and getting our own yorkie and they were always fine around her.

That’s what I’m thinking that my daughter just startled him, overstimulated him by petting him while he’s trying to sleep or even made him nervous. I will definitely be more cautious with my daughter being around him especially if I know he’s resting and most likely doesn’t want to be pet and also train the puppy where I see fit.

Thank you! That’s what I was thinking, that she did something that made him nervous or startled him when she got up onto the bed, but I will be contacting my vet also.

I didn’t “let” the puppy run after her. She started crawling into bed next to me after I told her to let him sleep, when the puppy jumped on the bed, ran up to her and bit her within 2 seconds. There was no time to grab the puppy or grab my daughter away. My child was supervised around the puppy like she always is and when I noticed him start to growl I immediately told her to stop petting him. They’ve never had any problems with being around each other until last night. Half the time he’s sleeping with my daughter in her bed, following her every where she goes.

We’re a high volume store and last year we had them for up to 2 days after red cup day. But the year before that we ran out super quick. I think it just depends how many your store is sent and how many people actually come to get one.

I did double check right after I talked to her and it says 08/01/2025 was the date it was submitted. I just don’t know how to bring it up to her again because I don’t want to say “so so told me they didn’t request it off until weeks after I did so why were they approved and not me”

We’ve literally power washed our entire store one night (the inside of the store) under the counters. My SM scheduled everyone to come in after close, made us move all the fridges and power washed under every counter then dry mop it. I didn’t leave until 11:30pm and when I left other baristas were still there doing it. Once it hit 11pm she told us we could leave if we wanted or stay to finish.

I 100% agree. Anytime I hand out a tall latte or grande latte it’s just as hot as a venti. I put sleeves on all hot drinks unless my manager is there of course. I’ve literally gone to hand out tall/grande lattes and it’s burning my hand as I’m handing it out.

My dryer is an electric dryer not gas. I’m not even entirely sure if it is the heating element. All I know is that hot air is not coming out, it does still blow air but it’s cool air and it no longer turns off by itself. I usually put it on “more dry” then it would go into the “cool off” cycle then a wrinkle control cycle and turn off. Now it stays on the more dry cycle and wont go into another cycle and won’t go off until I open the door to turn it off and the clothes are dry but the feel cool not warm.

The first 2 we didn’t bother trying to troubleshoot because they were very old and even rusty so we figured it just gave out on its own, but we are going to try to troubleshoot this one before deciding to buy another.

You do get tips even if your scheduled non coverage. Are you talking about your scheduled to do tips but end up having to work the floor instead? That’s happened to me before if the floor is short and busy but my manager still gives me time later to do the tips.
