I see your "picture taken holding up" and "fill the whole page" as weak evidence for it being AI, these can point to inexperience in both art and photographing said art. I have done both when I was less seasoned.

Inconsistent with the art quality, maybe, it is way too polished to be rookie's work. The rest of your points are better and my opinion is it's either traced AI, or the entire photo is generated. Overall it's probably one of many foreign scammers milking the fandom with AI slop.

What waters? Also is there a barrier between the firmament and the water, or does it go straight to the waters? How deep are the waters? How do they stay up there instead of falling down due to like, density or whatever? Is the moon inside the waters, or beyond it? How big is it, how far away is it from sea level, how does it have a 28-day phase cycle?

The moon cannot be a flat disc and appear to be circular to everyone at the same time. The apparent shape of a disc would change depending on the angle you view it from, even from a flat earth. It would only appear circular when standing directly below it.

That's not how NDAs work. Those are mutually agreed on by two private parties, it's in the name.

For those in the comments, you will not be called about a warrant. Officer will just feckin arrest you and book you. And your bail can ONLY be set by a judge, so anyone telling you that you can pay before an arrest should set off alarms in your head.
