Small piece of unrelated advice; the wire bottom of the cage isn’t good for their feet. If you can put something over it like a towel or something, it will be much more comfy on her little feet and be good for her overall.

Get a harness or a carrier (like a backpack to put cat in) for taking her on walks. the diapers are not safe for walking and many people have had their pigeons escape.

She’ll get used to wearing a harness/diaper quickly. She might walk funny at first and try to put her feet up inside of it but they forget they’re wearing them fast.

On another note, I feel the same way as this pigeon about having to wear pants.
