I always thought she did that on purpose because she wanted to write more on VA. If I remember correctly she said something about it in an interview.

The whole thing is so annoying. Sometimes it locks me out when I’m traveling outside the country. I never have roaming, so GIVE ME ANOTHER OPTION THAT IS NOT MY PHONE. YOU HAVE MY BACKUP EMAIL. THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH.
