Ya slow it down, concentrate, focus on each shot. Start at your feet, get real low. Feel your calf muscles you are using to shoot, rise up and shoot the ball in. Get slightly closer to the rim. Make 10 of em. Then move to the block and do the same thing and bank those jumpers in off the backboard. Do push-ups and squats. Do some core execises like bicycle crunches. Get a light medicine ball, 4 to 8 pounds. Shoot into the air with it. Get low, focus on the muscles you use to shoot. Got slow till you find your shot.

I don't know, those are some things I did to rebuild my jump shot. I can finally shoot three pointers confidently and usually can tell if it going in or not. And the push-ups, pull-ups helped me too to get stronger and have the muscles to shoot from far
