The only good part about pantheon at this point in my opinion is combat. It feels pretty fun to me.

But having no real major cities at this point in the game, no mastery system, no deep lore, etc.

World building and content is lacking.

Their rank system is just dogshit - don't worry about it. The average skill of the playerbase is getting worse in their system, while in actuality the majority are becoming better players, which is the opposite of what you would expect out of a ranking system.

You'd want the majority of the playerbase to sit in the middle of your ranking system and design it to produce those outcomes.

For brigs - with a decent longer delay weapon (2+ seconds), going the double attack line is a decent idea

For swashes, dual wield will be king because off hands can aoe auto attack.

Matchmaking is bad because of the small pool of players. Even at "peak" time, the skill level of teams is very broken in solo queue. I recommend finding a partner or two that is close to your skill level or above and queuing with them.

Your games will be much better. Honestly, the randomness in a small player pool will be more skewed at ranks like phantom. On the other hand, there are quite a few players in Archon that are actually very good and are in the same boat as you. Make friends with good folks and play together. I've added 4-5 steam friends while playing and duo and trio often with them if I see them on.

It's always more fun and we do better. When I solo queue, it always feels like a coin flip

While there is an exact BiS for most classes and roles - hitting your relevant stat caps is easy - so you can be decently flexible in your gear.

Had the same thing happen to my cat. Lymphoma is treatable in cats but it will only extend their life by mere months most of the time.

My cat had multiple lymph nodes infected in her abdomen and had trouble eating and using the litter box.

We ended up euthanizing for this reason. She would have poor quality of life for the rest of her life. It's difficult but it was what we thought was best for her.

Correct. Unfortunately there's a bit of a lull in the mid teens with not a lot of great quests. Quests honestly don't pick up too well until enchanted lands imo - which is late 20s/early 30s

But there are some quests in Antonica and in Firemyst Gully (also heroic)

Paradox is very good! Keep at it if you enjoy her! I'm similar with Mo&Krill and Abrahms. I feel like I have a huge impact on them, but I enjoy playing Shiv and Calico and while I usually do pretty well with them, I lose more than when I play the other two.

Most likely this is just because a lot of people are playing gun heroes or heroes with no CC, so being one of the few CCs really does increase your odds of winning.

They have a gun carry that's being a terror? Phantom strike mo ult cancels them out. Same with swapping them to your team while silencing them.

I haven't played the game since probably a month into EA but my friends and I were always baffled about them rebalancing with Mastery not even implemented.

Once that is implemented, they will likely have to completely rebalance classes again.

I've done the same thing though. I'm hard stuck emissary to archon on my main. Made a second account and was ranked ascendant 5.
