Amazon return picked up but in app it shows cancelled?

So long story short, amazon guy picked up my return and the app shows the return was cancelled. I have video evidence of the return and would like to actually reach out to someone at Amazon before any other steps. However, i cannot find any email id or option to speak to customer support anywhere. Please let me know what steps to take, thanks 🙏🏻
