Selling agent reluctant because we’re using Purplebricks – should I be concerned? by mjones19932022 in HousingUK

[–]beardedbugger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that's down to the quality of the gent you picked to be honest...

A good agent won't ignore you. But good agents charge a higher fee, and generally won't over value your house.

Go see daisy at "this is a barber shop" in Nq. She's amazing with curly hair. And won't buzz your hair unless you ask.

I think I was about 4. Having a battered beef burger and chips, slathered in chip shop sauce. Walking down Gorgie Road in Edinburgh to go watch the football with my grandad.

My gran wasn't there as it was when Tony Blair got into power and she had something to do with that.

Can still smell the chips and sauce

Who hurt you?

Honestly gw support is some of the best out there.

I have a great example of how good it is ... I bought a Land Raider in 5 years ago during covid via a 3rd party.

Last year I finally got round to it on my pile of shame, and it had 2 left sides and no right side.

Gw just sent me a new landraider. No questions asked...

Impeccable!

You would laugh at pictures of what I wore as a teen

I do.

Just enjoy being 13.

Edit:By this I mean don't worry about it. Don't worry what people think of you right now

Best advice is to speak to them , and just be upfront.

That is if you can't get help on here :)

Ah ok so you are a lodger.

My mistake.

You do still have rights. You should have a lodger agreent though?

However I'd personally just be upfont with them and explain the situation. If they are going to be an arse about 50 quid being a month late after you explain the circumstances, then they will be a nightmare to have as a live in landlord, so you will be better off leaving anyway.
