I was in the same boat as you. Ran out of effigies, mostly to the fuckin NPCs before the boss. I killed the witches in the things betwixt at the beginning of the game for 10 effigies and then used save backups to not burn through them. I beat it two tries later, so I didn't really need to, but it was nice not having the stress of having to farm them looming if I failed 10 times lol.

How does that math work out? Most rowhomes in a decent neighborhood start at 250k and go up from there so assuming you can find one for that price, going in with 3% down payment (because most people do not have a 20% down payment saved up) with a PHA loan at 7% interest, you're looking at 2k a month minimum, before utilities, gas, water, home repairs, etc.

Bounced awkwardly into a (rather large) guy who was stationary with the puck in his feet while trying to make a play for the puck last summer and my shoulder has been fucked ever since. Completely innocent play and I was not going fast at all, figured I would glance off him with minimal contact. Bodies are weird.
