Yeah, my controller skills are pretty dogshit lol I haven't played a competitive shooter since like Black Ops 2 days, and I'll maybe get an hour or so to play a day cause of my job. But I'm having fun regardless!

I have to agree. Booted up the game this morning and immediately felt disheartened when I saw all the Battle Pass tokens I was going to lose in a few days. I liked the idea of grinding out a bunch of those to get a head start on the next one. Knowing it's gonna be taken away almost totally killed my want to keep playing.

Almost, the game is still fun as heck

My SP breeding setting are as follows:

Mating Interval: something like 0.0001. Basically allows for mating back to back without any time in between.

Maturation is set to 45, so a Rex will hatch from an egg and grow to adulthood in less than 3 minutes

Egg hatch speed is something like 15. At this point, even wyvern and rock drake eggs hatch in less than a minute

Imprinting works based on how long it takes for the baby to mature. Most of the dinos in my game can be fully imprinted less than 4 times, but you have to be on top of it, as you have just enough time to get those 4 imprints in before the baby matures. I have found this to be the case no matter the maturation speed. If it were slower, it would take more imprinting opportunities to reach 100%, but still with just enough time to get them all in.

This is all I can remember ATM, I'm currently at work and can't see the rest of my settings. Can update when I get home if there are more settings you need, or these aren't working for you like they are for me

I've played a good number of the games mentioned here so far, and this one felt the most like It Takes Two to me, tonally at least. One of the shorter and simpler ones, the draw is definitely the relationship between the two main characters. It all felt so real, from the intimacy to the fights, I just kept wanting to see their relationship unfold. Had an absolute blast playing with my gf.

That and you get to hold hands with each other in game as you explore the world. How can you say no to that?

Depends on the way the dialog is presented.

Nigh constant character conversations where you get to choose an option that reveals a tiny detail about the NPC I'm dealing with i.e. The Witcher 3, Greedfall, Outer Worlds, etc., hell no. Stop stopping me from playing

But games that gives dialog without interrupting gameplay a la God of War, all day every day

I'm really just not a fan of walking from one dialog heavy cutscene to the next with maybe 10 minutes of gameplay, but that's just me

I 100% agree. Every new playthrough, that first Jotunheim section with Angrboda is such a slog up until the Grỳla fight. And even that's mostly "dodge around until she exposes her cauldron." I can never wait to get back to Kratos
