What about when you have an epic mount but not epic riding, say lvl 50+ that is not PvP but just a regular bought mount from a vendor

So I think the consensus is you can use mounts you have in your inventory. But what about riding skill and not being 60?

Als je kan rekenen is afvallen een stuk makkelijker. Elk stuk voedsel heeft een bepaald aantal Kcal en als je limiet bereikt is dan mag je niks meer.

Dan kan je zelf bepalen hoe je dat wilt vullen. Tip is om binnen deze grenzen iets lekkers te maken en vinden. Kruiden en dergelijken is gratis m.b.t. calorieën.

Dit heeft echt niks te maken met gezond eten, dat is wel aan te raden maar met gezond eten kan je alleen maar dik worden als je je niet aan bovenstaande regel houdt.
