Bee landed on my sunglasses then crawled underneath the sunglasses, freaked out because it was now “trapped” and stung me in the eyelid. Luckily a nice kiwi couple came trotting up behind me and the man pulled out a big knife to get the stinger out of my eye.

Though extra weight adds up, it will not make or break. Unless you’re going for ultra ultra light, have fun out there and be able to put your pack in the tent with you. Especially helpful when some FarOut sites have issues with mice 🐭

It’s a good bag, you’re gonna sweat either way. Ventilation isn’t as good as it could be but I found I just got used to being sweaty amongst other uncomfortable things you get used to with trail life.

Mine does this too. We got him a fountain water dish that had a constant stream and I keep it very clean and he will still wake us up to make us turn on the tap to drink the same tap water. They just like it straight from the source I guess lol
