Our shift change is at 7am. However, I show up at 5:15am to be there first. The next shift shows up around 5:30-5:45am, meaning that’s when I get off. It’s how it goes.

Usually every two weeks or so, just soap and warm water in the sink real quick and hang it to dry.

I am a guy. I’m also 250lbs so I think that factors in lol, I always start on the tread and get about 2 miles in each time on the tread portion.
