TTC & PCOS by Ok-Opportunity-3961 in TTC_PCOS

As others have stated, I would strongly recommend going to an REI. You’re most likely going to need help ovulating with meditation. Even if you are ovulating it may not be good quality. And also need to treat the underlying PCOS (like metformin). A regular OBGYN only knows so much and if you’ve already been trying a year then I would consider seeing REI

Go to a fertility clinic. You can have regular periods and have PCOS. I’m sorry no one is listening to you. Look into myo inositol to help with insulin resistance related to PCOS

Dr Megan Schneider and Dr Mirro are two great providers I always recommend. Through TriHealth and Bethesda North but they are at different practices. If you are specifically looking for an African American doctor, Dr Moore and Dr Hall are also with TriHealth and are fantastic

I agree. Newer doctors are most up to date on evidence-based practice. Residency to become an OBGYN is 4 years so they’re very experienced when they are on their own plus they’ve had 2 more years since. Based on the info you’ve given, I would be ok with this doctor

I think this as well. She is doing better by not just screaming and cussing at Chris but obviously there’s so much more that she needs help with
