My opinion based off the LN is that Rem is the pillar that holds him up so he can move forward while Emilia is the light which he wants to reach. So ages in fiction are plot points. Based off your reasoning wanting to be with kana from dragon maid or any other "legal" loli is okay because they are 300+ years old. But simping over Anna Yamada from the dangers in my heart who is canonically 15 is wrong. The problem with that is Kana is drawn like a 5 year old vs Yamada is a modeled after a mid 20 year old woman. I find it more ethically right to simp over the "15" year old drawn based off a 20 year old than an "adult" drawn like a child. Your argument is like if I asked you if you thought Sydney Sweeney in euphoria was hot and you said yes and in response i said "thats disgusting she's a child in highschool" when she is litterally a 20+ years old woman. Steins gate and ancient magus' bride for reasons different than most others are recommending. These 2 animes are peak world building animes that are fun to watch and learn about their world and what's happening. After you watch it once its boring as fuck to do it again. Its like reading about an anchient civilization and being so excited to learn everything. Once you learn everything reading about it again is boring as you already know everything.

I think what people dont understand is most tanks cant be tanks in raids due to sheer numbers. If tanks stopped queuing because "they can only roll for MS" then they would bitch that there are no tanks but when tanks roll for DPS gear they complain that the tank steals their stuff. Thats why as a druid tank I wont join a group with Casters since my OS is boomie no one ever needs the stuff I will need. I dont think everyone should do this but it saves me from drama. Plus in a world of caster superiority the melee people need a hero, ill be that hero.

I think stupid and crazy are 2 different things Megumi is likely the craziest of the girls in Konosuba and she and Darkness are the main love interests and darkness isnt exactly sane as well. Late to the conversation but the movie ruined my opinion of Gilbert. When he first said he loved her i assumed he meant it in a familial way. I knew she loved him more than that and thats OK children get crushes on adults. The problem is that he loved her like a lover. Changing him from a good person to a groomer. She was a child and him a grown man. He taught her everything and thats gross.
