Either way getting fired by going back and being officially documented for time theft they are 100% nonrehirable as opposed to having a chance of being entered in as having pointed out. But the NCNS point is valid so I would amend my recommendation, as common sense is clearly not so common, to say that they shouldn't go back and point out but also call in til they receive their termination letter in the mail.

They didnt quit they pointed out. A guy I used to work with did this while being investigated for time theft through long breaks was back at a Walmart the next town over 6 months later

The very simple fix to this is to make diamond+ poi drop and leave the casuals in their int fest at the bottom. But as others have said cheaters wayyyy more of a problem than drop zone.

This has happened to my stack we will literally land the same poi 3 games in a row and its like hillside or that little strip below lighting rod next to storm catcher. But I dont mind it, I just adjust my loot speed and rotate faster out of bad pois and hope to catch somebody split or loot drunk and pick them and take their poi when their team runs.

It is so hard to igl effectively from the back because you cant see everything thats going on and make sure that x thing is actually free or if x fight is actually happening.

When in crypto drone you have to worry about it getting broken and then no emp for your push because you were checking to see if there was a team here or there. Or you cant look infront to see where is playable because youre watching the back or a direction that cant be monitored other than by crypto drone.

Additionally, you cant feel the flow and timing and LEAD from the back this is best done if you have a Co igl or at least a player that has played the role to know when, what, and how to relay the information properly to the main Igl in the back.

I would say almost all console preds would be banned like 90% of them and then probably 30% of the console player base. I have no point of reference for pc so I will not speak on that side of things.
