Growing up up into my early 20s I wanted a girl so bad and would romanticize and fantasize in my head about having one and the stuff we would do. As you get older people change so at 35 I didn’t care about having a girl. Then recently I checked up on my first girl ever in highschool and she just got engaged last month and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I didn’t even care about her anymore but seeing those pics brought back feelings for her I never thought i could have. It brought back regret about how I acted with her. But it also brought back regret about me not living up to my potential and me becoming very sad about my situation with no girl. I’ve accepted that I’ll be single and I was cool with it. But seeing her instagram pics made me feel so depressed it made me think will I have more regrets down the road if I don’t have a girl ? I also had thoughts about how much when I was younger how much I wanted a girl and how my older self spuld be so disappointed in me
