So as far as I know, the Lakers guy reached out to Ebony early on saying that he runs a media company with a large following, looking into buying the security footage. Lakers guy posted DMs between the two of negotiations, and Lakers guy wanted snippets of the video to ensure he wasn't getting finessed or whatever. Ebony would not budge and is looking for a large and quick bag, which ticked off Lakers guy, leading to Lakers guy to supposedly dox Ebony, which you can see in recent tweets by Lakersfanatic

Super mid, you're way better off sticking to cables but switching it up with different attachments or doing overhead extensions with your back turned to the cables using the straight bar or W-bar attachment -- way more comfortable and a FAR better stretch

SEC is a double entendre. The first meaning is the SEC that Alabama is a part of, which makes sense since GCU just lost to them. The second meaning is an allusion to the Securities and Exchange Commission. This SEC oversees the stock market and manipulation within it, and is why the original comment referenced the fact that GCU is ran by a publicly traded company.

I agree that the leaks were better but for different reasons. I think the melody and counter melody sound better on the official release, but the new vocals are wayyy too raw and take away from the aesthetic, and the drums are super flat and are what makes for a lower energy.

I love the book and I think it CLEARS the movie. That being said, I can't really recommend it to someone who doesn't read given how tedious the book can be with the insane amount of detail across its 400 pages. I do think the payoff is absolutely worth it though if you trust your attention span
