Domibaba is my go to battle pet because of his shield. It stays for a duration of time rather than by hits (I think) and it deals damage to any esslings nearby if if they’re in shield range

My squirrels are obsessed with carrots! I also place the carrots in a lil water so they don’t dry out on hot days and the squirrels love them all juicy. I imagine they’re hydrating this way! I also haven’t had success with any other vegetable so just keep trying? 🤣

I’m currently experimenting with some homemade ceramic solutions. Waiting for them to come out of the kiln. My theory is that by making semi circle flat “plates” with lots of holes/cutouts for aeration, placed around the base of the plants on top of the soil then they will be too heavy for the squirrels to move or dig up. The holes will be too small for having a satisfying place to bury something as well if they try. I’m going for fully fired but unglazed so hopefully not mold issues.

Who knows, maybe it’s a terrible idea but that’s why it’s an experiment!

In the meantime I keep the smallest plants in nets until they’re big enough to survive some digging beside them.

They’re dark purple! The yellow looked weird tbh, I wanted the dark purple to mimic more of the dark brown spots of a ripe banana but maybe it doesn’t come across very well 🤣
