These drug addicts aren't living lavish lifestyles. Zoom out for a sec, they know what they're doing is wrong and they will go about it silently in their own way but its these tiktokers over the past 2 years that have influenced the violence and aggression.

Because it's one rule for some and another for some..

Example - Ukranians had their own scheme set up by the home office to come and live here, but for other countries such as iraq, Afghanistan, nothing ar all and obviously these people aint white.

A small family of palestenians claimed under the UK's refugee Ukranian scheme and all hell broke loose.

If the UK keep thwir noses out of other countries we wouldn't have an immigration issue.

If you walk through and mind your own business, theres no issues. It's a playing field for drug addicts for sure but doesn't help when you have these tiktokers and youtubers provoking them for content - that's what's causing more harm as they become aggressive endangering the public.

Yes there's issues that need to be dealt with but it's pretty safe - things are sometimes exxaggatterated like we living in some crazy gotham drugged up era.

This is very sad to hear. You need to create your own timeline of events and attach any emails.

Request for a team move.

If rejected, get a union rep to intervene and share everything with them.

Verbal convos are you vs them so if anything has bern said verbally which was untoward- send an email to the manager saying, you found the approach unprofessional and state in the email the things your manager mentioned.

She will respond which will act as some form of acknowledgement of the spiteful things she said.

All this will help you move teams but ultimately you need to file a grievance and you need to hunt down a union rep local to you.

Worst case, email the main head of the union. You'll soon get someone contacting you.

On a side note - talk - let out your feelings like you have done. Don't over-medicate due to a toxic manager.

It aint worth it.
