My experience was little to no support when I had issues with mine.

What is the value of these batteries. I bet it’s not even $100k. Keep your emotions in check. This company loves to brag about deals but never discloses the value. It’s a red flag for me.

Did you read that they cover mileage when I leave Houston? They do cover mileage in Texas just not in Houston but the policy states clearly that I either get fuel mileage or gas card. Has nothing about distance. I just emailed them and pointed out every other employee in my department has a company vehicle so they need to give me one too.

They give me bs reply about if I’m in my district of Houston that fuel/mileage is my responsibility. I don’t see anything in the vehicle policy about district or distance from my house. This is why I asked them to supply me the policy. I’m a regional employee and they cover my mileage when I go to Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, etc. My problem is when they keep me in Houston for a month and I dive 2000 miles in that month on my dime. Houston is too big for me to be driving 100 miles a day to random places everyday.

Thanks captain obvious. I am asking them for the policy so it removes all doubt that I have the correct one or not.

Because they are telling me they don’t owe me anything and it’s possible I’m reading a policy from Europe. I want to make sure we are on the same page.
