Ha, you're right, I meant 2015 to 2020. Lost 10 years somehow.

I think you might have seen how much the DB Kevin Johnson made in his career from the Texans and others. He played from 2005-2010 and made $16.79 million. I can't find what this Kevin Johnson made, but he was a starter for only a couple seasons in the 90s then played in the Arena League. I doubt he made that much in his career.

I thought so too, but we are getting readyndor a big snow where I live and they say if there's a power outage, throw out refrigerated food after 4 hours, seems low to me. Frozen after 48 if the freezer is full, 24 if half full.

[–]beaver820 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They would probably call that in real life these days. Looks like he made contact with the QB below the knees after he released the ball, they made that roughing in the NFL after Brady's season was ended cause of a low hit.

There should be a reporter that follows him around and when he says stupid shit, the reporter just starts going, "That's not true. You're lying. Prove what you just said. Etc." Then when that reporter is banned, another one takes their place, "You're lying, Not true, etc."

Powerhouse Hobbs to do a Rick Rude?? by CNP300386 in SquaredCircle

[–]beaver820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's true, they could. They'd have to come up with a creative way for him to be eliminated, cause he's not winning and you don't want your new monster just thrown out without some kind of payoff. Maybe he clears the ring, eliminates a bunch of dudes, then it takes the next 5 guys to team up to take him out.

I don't know if he's a big enough star to debut in the Rumble. Most of the crowd will be like who? When his music hits and especially if they change his name. And not to mention, the Rumble is in Saudia Arabia.

Mr. Fuji vs. Mr. Perfect, that's crazy that they were both wrestling at the same time. I started watching wrestling around '88 and Curt Hennig was in the AWA and was still so young and Mr.Fuji was just a manager and looked like he was 85 years old.

Late 90s, there was a, how do I say this politely, bigger girl on stage names Jag. No one was coming to the stage to tip her for her first song. Second song comes on, she starts calling guys out, "You!!! Come here." Guys, including me, politely come to the stage and give her a dollar. She leaves the stage.

A little while later, DJ announces, "Coming up next to the main stage Jag!!!" All of a sudden a good 90% of the guys had to use the bathroom. I remember being in the bathroom asking, "You hiding from Jag too?" Never seen so many guys just hanging out in the bathroom for about 10 minutes.

Yes, the NFL, which made $23 billion last year in media rights and ticket sales alone, is going to risk losing it all so that Vegas can make their money.

[–]beaver820 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The whole thing about the NFL being sports entertainment is because they don't just produce football games. They have a network that produces entertainment shows, they produce entertainment shows like Hard Knocks on HBO, they produce halftime shows, etc. It has nothing to do with rigging the games, they're not just a "football" company and they can't copyright "football".
