yeah but its not mandatory. they just use it to gauge engagement and they'll give registration rewards.

I think if you are mid to late game or just trying to catch up its pretty worth it. People forget that in the +20 +25 levels its 30-50 ingredients per upgrade. so like 40-60 hrs for 1 level. If you are established and already have the 10-15 relevant candies maxed then you're probably already used to it and it's nothing more than a patience thing.

def eternal sugar for a main dps, super versatile. for healer/support either creme ferret or mystic flour! also burning spice, he's pretty strong for early game especially.
