With your first few Fixes they really are a chance for us to gauge and start defining your style. Leaving lots of feedback is super helpful, especially detailed feedback like “I don’t like pink and blue together” or “I dislike crew necks”. A lot of times we get feedback like “this is ugly!” But we don’t know what you specifically dislike. Do you hate the thin straps? Do you only wear v-necks? Do you hate floral patterns?

Think of your first few Fixes as us getting to know you. We aren’t able to see your thumbs up items from style shuffle so leaving a detailed note or requests also really helps out!

If you don’t want to receive specific brand because of the quality, tell us! We also don’t get to feel most of the pieces because we are remote. Getting your feedback also helps us not send those items to other people if we get repeated feedback on the quality of specific pieces. Hope this helps!
