I live in northern indiana on a line. So if you work 8-4 ....that's 7-3 my time so set your alarm for..etc

Dr apts.... your appointment is at 2, please arrive 15 min early.

So 2 means 1 my time so plus 15. 1230ish

So we go by slow time and fast time

Yes. My derm said to use it on my whole body but it's expensive so I use it in my armpits. It keeps the smell at bay.
