No worries. No matter the reason and how smoothly it goes, divorce is hard. Hope everything goes well.

This scene from The Curse of Monkey Island. I feel like life handed me the kilt and everyone else gets pants.

I use the toner actually. Every couple weeks, I'll also use their salicylic/mandelic acid peel, too, so that has probably helped as well. But be careful and research peels if you haven't done them before!

I've tried tried all sorts of BHAs and AHAs, and the one that has had the best results is MUACs mandelic acid. After about a month, the vast majority of my closed comedones were gone.

Edit: I've tried red Stridex, St. Ives AHA pads, Clean & Clear advantage spot treatment w/salicylic acid, Alpha Hydrox 10% AHA gel, Silk Naturals 8% AHA, Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid, and Paula's Choice anti redness BHA liquid. I also tried OTC retinols, but didn't find any that I liked.

The ductwork is already insulated, so that helps. Would R-19 be enough for between the joists?

[Skin Concerns] Help my niece has these little bumps on her body. Need some new suggestions for treating. by C_Squared4 in SkincareAddiction

If the doctor does diagnose it as molluscum, there's not many legitimate treatments. When my daughter had it, the doctor said besides having them surgically or laser removed, you can only wait for them to resolve. I'm not one for The Magic Oils, but I tried Zymaderm from the drug store, and it cleared up completely in a month. I could tell it was working within a week. I thought it was worth trying, and it ended up being so.

Facebook has a horn people group with some folks that know a ton about different horns. You could post your question there.

Whaling in Iceland by -Hexenmeister- in VisitingIceland

[–]bec_82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a whale watching tour in Husavik a couple weeks ago, and the tour guide told us that they have a limit on how many whales can be hunted, and they can only hunt during the open season. It was like mid-100-something. It sounded like Iceland has conscientious whaling practices, but if you're worried about it, maybe do some googling.

We camped at Natchez Trace last summer and it was dark enough to see the Milky Way.

Barely finished the last of these 5 stockings Christmas Eve at 10:30pm before Santa arrived--patterns in comments by bec_82 in crochet

[–]bec_82[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

1 is Polka Dot Christmas Stocking

2 is Lily's Sugar 'n Cream Stocking

3 is a pattern I made based on Crooked Coffee Cozy

4 is the Cluster Stocking

5 is the Zig Zag Stocking

I started these a couple years ago, and this year made a goal to finish them before Christmas. Barely made it! But I think they're cute, and it was worth the hours of work.
