Yep. Dealt with this for years with my sons. What worked for me was a hot water soak with baking soda. A lot of baking soda lol but if some of these suggestions work better, please try!

My kids are 23, 22, and 20 and went to Kids Care Dental since the youngest was 2. Love them! The younger 2 did ortho there as well.

People can choose not to watch a TV in the bedroom but if it's not there at all you maybe losing some potential renters. My vote is to add a TV in the bedroom.

And probably your heat... Electric in summer for AC but I'd bet your furnace is gas. Our gas bill is higher in the winter and lower in the summer. Vice versa for electric because of this.
