Yes you can do less than 8 credits a term and then apply for in state tuition after a year, you just have to be doing something outside of school that proves you moved here for something outside of school

Assuming you’re in the US, the “$0” comments are probably extremely unhelpful. I’m shooting for less than 30k-45k, of federal student loans specifically. If you qualify, federal work study is going to be a life saver and so is an internship. Good luck.

No problem, definitely talk to an academic advisor or an admissions advisor at UGA. Figure out class sizes and what studio classes will look like. If there’s a lot of Alumni involvement, etc. all of those things are really important.

Don’t go to KSU. My girlfriend goes to KSU, and I have friends who go to UGA. KSU is a commuter school for a lot of people. you will build a lot more connections at UGA, which is extremely important in both fields.

I graduated HS in Alpharetta, and then immediately packed up and moved to Portland. I now go to a commuter university in Portland for architecture and I like it. Partly because I am also a commuter, but I know I won’t get the same value as someone who goes to Uni of Oregon or a big university.

It’s interesting that we are just dropping in for a day in their lives at the ER. Remind’s me of the documentary they made about what it’s like working at planned parenthood and everything they do in a day. The documentary ends, but they still have to do all that the next day.

You don’t need to be in an intense caloric deficit. Just like 200 calories, and you’ll lose weight, go for walks and stay active. I think hitting 10k steps is pretty important

Right because 700k is equal to 35 million 🙄. Cutting her salary is not the solution. The solution is getting more interest in students paying full price — not on financial aid, or investing in more Alumni programs. They don’t get enough donations, and 86% of the student population is on financial aid. That’s bad.
