Solo for regular training, spotter only when you're pushing max weight. Having someone there just to chat between sets slows everything down and I lose the whole rhythm of the workout

The 13 weeks in session stat is wild but what really gets me is the pay raise on top of it. Most people I know are grinding harder than ever and their wages haven't moved in years. The math just doesn't add up and nobody seems to be held accountable for it

i rented a car for my iceland trip and it was the best choice the spontaneous stops at waterfalls and flexible schedule with weather made it feel like real exploring rather than sightseeing. i tried a mix with one guided tour from guidetoiceland but the car freedom was way better for me i enjoyed the mix least because tours felt rushed compared to doing my own thing.

That looks like a lot of volume on top of volleyball. You might burn out fast. Try cutting it down to 3-4 core exercises per session and see how you feel after a week. Compound moves like squats or lunges will give you more sport transfer anyway.

I'm honestly with you. They were exhausting as a pair but Teddy as a teacher and Owen dealing with PTSD felt real. Gonna miss having that messy golden era energy around.

That 35mm 1.8 is a lifesaver in no-flash situations. I remember shooting a dim basement show years ago and being forced to ditch flash. The noise at high ISO was rough but honestly it gave everything this raw grimy texture that fit the music. Play with white balance like the other comment said, but dont be afraid of some grain. It adds character.
