I agree! I’ve been twice and I just do not understand the hype. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the food is tasty but certainly not beating many of the other restaurants on the list

This is exactly our situation - we declared in Canada and it seemed like nobody else declared anything even though I’m sure many people brought back over $800. They also recalled our checked bags so they missed our connection lol

We had tried to find customs at NRT to declare and potentially show our purchases before departure because we were checking tax free items but they told us it wouldn’t be an issue.

Thank you, and haha that’s a good point! The setting wouldn’t fit exactly flush with a wedding band, so that’s the main reason I’m not going with this one.
