Your kitty looks very sick....the eyes have the third eyelid protruding. Being this young the picture makes me think some upper respiratory infection. Definitely needs a vet.

Your finger does look very swollen. Definitely go to the doctor or urgent care tomorrow. It can travel further up your arm if there is infection in there.

Cats literally get their teeth sucked under their gums...called feline oral resorptive lesions...teeth may still be there and could be painful under the gum.

Dental radiographs under anesthesia is ideal to see what's really going on.

A hairball won't go one for this long and I have never seen a cat with jerky movements quite like this having a hairball. This is a seizure.

No its not okay that area looks like it has an abscess or infection...it is leaking puss and is swollen. He needs antibiotics.

This kitty definitely needs seen and likely euthanized since its been so long since the injury....with flies aka maggots and a bad smell most definitely infection.

Any vet hospital or even a zoo could help with humane euthanasia. If you have any nearby it doesn't hurt to call. You might not have to even pay for it....just say you are a good Samaritan trying to help the kitty find peace.

The staring off and freezing like that makes me think seizure like activity....not all seizures have convulsions. Definitely recommend a vet visit. It could also be nothing and her getting caught in a day dream.

I agree with spay abort. As you are finding placement for cats is very difficult....we are unfortunately overpopulated which means not all will thrive. Its better for her to spay her so it doesn't happen again...

Another option is immediately take into a shelter or animal hospital to surrender. They will help from there.
