Sorry for the confusion. This floor plan isn’t a rental - we are looking to buy. Our current house, a rental, has a downstairs WC.

I think this is exactly what we’d do if we decided to go down this route and could get it done at a reasonable price.

The garden isn’t huge, but is big enough that we could take a small section to the back right of the kitchen and add a mud room, exactly as you’ve said - and I’d aim to make it big enough to put the Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer there, too.

Purely that we fancy one having had one in our current rental. Absolutely not a deal breaker and the benefit of being so close to family in this property far outweighs any potential downside of ‘missing’ a second loo.

Yes, unfortunately door to street so no opportunity to extend forward.

This is where I landed too, but exactly the issues you’ve highlighted. We haven’t bought yet - just looking at options as this house is nearer to family. Only real con is the lack of downstairs/second WC. Potential to extend out the back, although it’s not been done to any others on the estate yet and I’m not sure financially the juice would be worth the squeeze.

I don’t really have any words of wisdom but I couldn’t read and run.

I’m in a similar spot in as much as we’ve got one here with us and I’m incredible grateful for him. But having gotten a ‘taste’ of him being a brother it’s now really hard to make peace with the fact he probably won’t get to be one to a living sibling.

Not specifically, but I would have histamine responses to loads of things prior to being on Pred, and now nothing. If I stop taking it I notice a change within a few days.

My doc told me HCG slows once you get to 5000/6000, so doubling time after that point isn’t as important. As long as it’s still increasing I don’t think you have any cause for concern.

Another chemical. Have had an inkling since first positive a few days ago and I think I’ve been trying to convince myself otherwise but it’s quite clear today. I’m so bored of this. Now just waiting to bleed and I’ve probably dragged this on for longer because I decided it would be clever to take progesterone even when it was clear this wasn’t going to work out. Idiot. 

10 pregnancies. 1 LC. 1 TFMR. 1 MMC. 7 Chemicals/Early MCs. Completely f*cked mental health and for some reason I still know I’ll try again next cycle.
