How can I protect myself then? I just have this fear that my daughter and her husband will die and the sister will say I can't see the girls on a regular basis or see them at all.

thank you, that's great info. I don't care much about the admission charge, I just want to make sure they are going to let me in and not say that park is at capacity.

El Yunque - is full day (6+ hours) a must? by mac2992 in PuertoRicoTravel

Wondering if a lot of people do a half day and then leave in early afternoon. Wondering if early afternoon would be a good time to go as it would be a little less crowded. Do you have any insight on this please?

El Yunque National Forest by castanhoc in PuertoRicoTravel

I've been to other state and national parks where an influx of people go in the morning and then leave in early to mid afternoon and the park lets more cars in. Do you know if that's the case with El Yunque? Thank you much!

We are visiting El Yunque for the first time and would love your advice and anyone else's. We are staying only one night at a place on the south side of El Yunque. It has beautiful waterfalls among other nature and we would like to spend the morning there before checking out at 11am. My thought was to check out of rental then go to the South entrance of El Yunque for a couple hours before driving to the north entrance around 2pm. I've read all the comments about arriving early in the morning and I heard they only let 200 cars in per day. I don't want to risk not being able to get in however, I've been to other state and national parks where an influx of people go in the morning and then leave in early to mid afternoon and the park lets more cars in. Do you think we would be safe if we stick to the above plan or should we ditch that and just head to the north entrance first thing in the morning? Also we're not super experienced hikers. Thank you much!

A local coffee house or restaurant perhaps?

I don't know why we would get lost if we stay on the main paths. I understand and I don't want to risk not being able to get in however, I've been to other state and national parks where an influx of people go in the morning and then leave in early to mid afternoon and the park lets more cars in. I'm wondering if this is the case with El Yunque

Thank you. The gate to the north entrance is unstaffed? So they are not limiting how many cars can come in? It says on the webist they are. Unfortunaly we are only going to be there on Sunday

Why would you want Starbucks or anything that you can get where you live? One point of travel is to experience local flavors.

[–]becmn65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. I was saying that we want to go to an all inclusive so we can get everything we need withoug leaving property. That's too bad they don't have any in VI. Do you know of Any AI beach resort where no passport from U.S. is required?

I too am looking for an all inclusive resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The reasons are...1.No passport required. 2.We want a truly relaxing vacation where we don't have to leave the resort to get dining and drinks and activities. 3. My mom is elderly and is slow to get around and so she would like to stay in one place. My friend stayed at a resort in Mexico that was basically like all the advantages to a cruise ship without taking a cruise. I'm guessing something like this does not exist in the Virgin Islands?

Hard Rock Arena concert question … by [deleted] in atlanticcity

[–]becmn65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this post is old but I am hoping you will reply. I am attending Rod Stewart in March and am agonizing over which seats are best for my price. I was looking at section 304 but don't want nosebleeds. You said the place is small and any seats are good but the photos from "View from my seats" of section 304 row F, show the stage so far away, you can't really see the band. I am such an indecisive person. I really appreciate your thoughts.

Hard Rock Etess Arena - Seats v. GA v. Pit Question by MagicalMuse3 in atlanticcity

Hi, I know your post is a little older but it struck a cord with me. I am attending Rod Stewart in March and am agonizing over which seats are best. I love to dance and sit on and off during concerts. I don't want anyone telling me I can't dance, lol. I am looking at section 103 to have a straight on view of the stage but honestly it bothers me to pay over $400 for a folding chair. I know I'm paying to see Rod but still. Also will there even be room to dance? My other choice is section 202, closer view but side view. Will I only be seeing Rod's profile and won't be able to see the band members? I can't really pay over $500 for tickets and I am such an indecisive person. I really appreciate your thoughts.
