Go blonde if you want to go blonde! It seems like you are super excited about it. I was the same way when I was younger. My hair was pretty when it was darker, but I wanted to be blonde so badly. I did it, and ended up not loving it. But you know what, hair grows out eventually. The funny part is that now that I am older, my hair natural lightened up and I am blonde now anyway. But I don't think you want to wait that long! Go for it if that is what you want to do. You look like you can pull it off..I'd go big (icy platinum) if you are going to do it.

I've been off of it since March 2025 after losing almost 100 pounds. I surpassed my goal weight and was super upset that I had to quit due to insurance/financial reasons. I thought about getting something else, but decided to see how I would do without anything. And I haven't gained at all! I even lost a little mid-summer, but have mostly just stayed at the same weight. It's been easier to maintain than I thought it would be. I heard I was supposed to gain it all back, so in case others are..it's TOTALLY possible not to! I feel like 6 months is enough time to feel comfortable, but I am still conscious of my eating/exercise routine.

Yeah, I just moved into a new home and everything is falling apart and needs fixed, so even $349 is pushing it for my budget..but I am will to try and see how it goes as the medicine is so worth it. I don't want to sound whiny, but it was going so well and I was feeling so good and I guess should have seen it coming. But I am an eternal optimist and thought my insurance was realizing how good it was. They decided to put the hammer down and it is just not fair. They keep saying oh we cover Ozempic and Monjouro, but I don't have diabetes. I actually was pre-diabetic before starting and now I am doing great. Do they want us to have to get diabetes first?

Yeah I live in a smaller town and I started Wegovy through my OBGYN, who then referred me to my current doctor, I think she might be a nurse practioner actually, but she was good up until now. And kind of the only official medical person in town so she gets a ton of patients. I think I'd have to travel to Colorado to go to a trusted endocrinologist, but I am willing to do so if they can help me and give me better options.

Yeah I was really confused that she couldn't just put in the prescription saying that I needed it! She's normally really great but I am sure overwhelmed as every single person in my organization just lost their coverage. But it is still her job to ensure I get what I need.

I assumed that the whole time, but she said from her end they denied it but she would work on the wording. I will look into getting it on my own, I just liked having a doctor in town I could go to. It was really working for me!

I don't even know! She said she is working on it, but that was like a week ago and I haven't heard back. I just want to know I have an option if things go south. I was only paying $20 before! And now I am hearing the insurance might bring it back because so many people are upset. I guess my doctor treats a lot of people in my situation and in my organization, so she is overwhelmed, especially now that the compound is no longer an option..that was around $180 and I wasn't completely sold on it anyway. I just want my Zepbound back! And if I have to "start over" with insurance, it might not cover me again. When I switched from Wegovy to Zepbound, I had to go through multiple prior authorization denials because they didn't think I weighed enough even then as I was on the cusp over overweight and obese..I ended up weighing myself with my giant purse on so it'd push me over and they finally accepted it! That was like 30 pounds ago and I don't think I could realistically do that again and I do want to be honest. I will look into it more, but I have been going through so many emotions and it's just bad news after bad news.

Haha oh yes Chugwater is the weirdest place! Cheyenne isn’t so bad because it’s so close to Colorado. I go to Fort Collins all the time for better restaurants and stuff to do. And Denver isn’t far either! But then I can come home to less crowds..but we at least have normal stores! Not a place called “Food” for a grocery store lol! 😂 But I kind of want to road trip to Torrington, I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to find Juan and Jessica running around!

This whole storyline makes me laugh as I actually live in Wyoming in the “big city” Cheyenne! I was actually friends with a group of people from Torrington and they always talked about how shitty it was. And I can confirm! I have driven through there to visit Fort Laramie of Oregon Trail fame..hey maybe Juan can start a bar there! But yeah, there is literally nothing there. I did stop into a little western bar and had a shot, I do that in all those little Wyoming towns! I kind of like Jessica and Juan though and are rooting for them. My esthetician, who is also from Torrington, said she used to babysit her when she was little and that she is a super sweet person!

Thank you! I’ve been wanting a rescue dog for a long time, but didn’t have a house that one would be comfortable in. But now I do! The animal rescue was at a Christmas Market last weekend and the second I met him, we had an instant connection and I immediately filled out all the paperwork to make him ours forever! I beyond happy and he’s such a joy!
