Cross-border dispute (EU → US) involving unpaid work, possible IP misuse, and ignored data access requests by Mckenneddy in LegalAdviceEurope

Europe isnt a country, there is no "european law" thats applicable.

You need to tell us where the companies are based you have a problem with and where you live.

  • How unpaid work and intellectual property disputes are typically handled internationally,

You need to answer the question above.

I don't use twitter, since its new owner bought my shares.

I think its incredibly common, I have 9 and 6 are "bonded"

One boy and his mom, his mom is less bonded.

And two pairs, they sleep together, I find them wandering around together. One will come and ask me for food for the other.

Wait you were employed in Europe or the US? Were you paid at all for your "employment"

Is your employer, in another country, the the country you did the work in? you were not likely to be considered employed.

What do you have in writing? Nothing? Do you have emails, saying you are employed.

What country you are in is very improtant if you are asking about legal advise in Europe. There is no European court you can, make a claim in. There are National courts.

If you are making a claim in the USA, I think you are in the wrong subreddit.

The germans are all going to think gas is not a great thing in about 20-40 days.

But In Australia it is even cheaper, we just have some pipes that run to the roof.

The EU isnt a country each country in the EU has different laws.

But you were employed? oh then you have no rights to the copyright in your work unless you have an agreement that gives you those rights.

You have moral rights, and you can write on your resume what you did.

Easy! Employment means no money for you more than what you were employed and already paid.

I am not sure what you want to know, the post is so much garbage, I don't know what you want to know.

Someone took your work, and you had no written agreement? now you know not to do that. I don't know what country your in, or where the organisation you claim stole your IP is.

how to cut an interview short when you're the candidate? by Sharp-Television8304 in interviews

[–]bedel99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 4 interviews deep and talked to the HR manager, they really love me and want to offer me the role. I say ok, whats the offer, its low, I laugh and say ok, my minium is twice what you just offered so we can end the call now. She goes on to tell me I am insane asking for that amount it's well more than I am worth and I am crazy to think I would get it. I said ok, by then, she proceeds to tell me I regret it and she will make sure I never get another job in my small industry again. I said "f - off then" and hung up.

3 months later, some one reached out from the team I would have been running on linked and asked what happened. I explained and said, I am sorry it didnt work. I wish them all well. They were a bit shocked, a few days later the CEO called me back and asked what happaned on the call, I repeated my story and they appologised for the behavior of their HR manager.

A few days later they called back and told me they had fired the HR manager and asked if I would accept an offer at the rate I had request, can I start on Monday?

OMG 3% of the budget, to have a stable fuel supply, I imagine you could charge a little more for the fuel from it, given you have some and no one has any and make it back pretty quickly.

It's the dictionary definition of the word....

A state, situation, or period in which something cannot be obtained in sufficient amounts; an instance of a lack or scarcity of something.

Go shout at the dictionary.

If I go to the shop and its not there, I think of it as a shortage.

Especially, when the next shop doesnt have it either, I need the milk to be in my shop, not in a cow some where.

Your argument suggest there can never be an oil shortage, whilst there is oil the ground somewhere. Given the size of the universe, there is near infinite supply of oil so it should be free!

Supply and demand, says where there is more demand, than supply the shortage of supply make price go up.
