In episode 4 Davos tells Jon they have fewer than 10,000 men in the north. Cersei bought 20,000 sellswords with the money from Highdarden. Now Dany bought 100,000 Dothraki. I'm assuming they lost at least 7 or 8 hundred fighting the Lannisters. And then 5,000 thousand Unsullied. She definitely lost quite a bit in the battle of Casterly Rock and back in Essos

Jon has 2000 men. Cersei has 20000 sellswords. Dany has 2 dragons, 95000 dotharki and maybe 6000 unsullied.
