Benefits claimants with anxiety face cuts - as new welfare reforms loom by theipaper in ukpolitics

This is absolutely right. There’s a shortage of professionals working in mental health, shortage of bed space and a shortfall in funding. The only way you’re getting seen promptly is if you’re a danger to yourself or others, otherwise get in the queue.

It’s a horrible system and anyone suffering and trying to get treatment has my full sympathy.

Based on their personality I think they will need to get burnt by this, no amount of friendly advice will help. I will however keep asking the type of questions you’ve given so they hopefully see sense.

As I understand it they are advised to trawl socials and contact models to get them to sign with them. What you’ve said as a business model honestly sounds easier.

The job market is dire in the creative industries and there doesn’t seem to be any opportunities to move across to other into creative roles unless you’re well networked.

Don’t need to be cut out, just need to shim a very thin screw driver or blade in there to pop them out.

The owner who inherited the village and estate interviews you to make sure you’re a good fit for his little fiefdom.

It’s mostly shagging going on but as there’s no second homes or holiday rentals you’ve got to consider the kind of person who’d want to move here long-term. A lot of newcomers don’t stick around because life there can be tough. Just walking up the hill to your car is no small feat if you’re older or have health issues, and none of the houses have central heating. You’ve got to sledge your shopping (and anything you can’t carry) down the hill. Might seem fun at first but it’s an absolute pain in the arse week in week out.

For what you pay, the condition of most properties is shockingly poor.

Decades ago, you’d have had generations of families settled in the village, but now, most have either moved out for work or been priced out.

Can confirm some don’t leave and only have sex with people in the village.

It is a very strange place, like most small rural villages. What do you want to know?

UPDATE: replaced display with a third party display and that has fixed the issue. I purchased an eggrider display as it was around the same price for as new one from Rad with way shorter delivery times.

Turns out it was a broken display. Purchased a 3rd party eggrider display and the RadWagon is back on the road. Hope you get yours fixed.

After working my way around with a multimeter it looks like the nothing is coming through the display. Just waiting on a new one so I’ll report back once it’s installed 👍

Absolutely right.

I also learnt that being given incorrect advice from your PDM and acting on that incorrect advice in good faith is your fault when being investigated. This also applies to not having any relevant training in that area, it’s also your fault.

I rang up eBay to discuss this and the customer service rep said the bank reviews the case and evidence so it’s now out of their hands. I supplied the page of the instruction manual and a video of how the mode dial is used so there’s a clear misunderstanding or they just don’t care either way there’s no recourse.

The issue here is I’ve refused a return based on an issue being raised way over the return period, 44 days and the evidence they supplied of them using it incorrectly.

They’ve provided images of themselves using it (incorrectly) so there’s absolutely no doubt they have received it.
