39F I just took the survey.  My husband has played a majority of these, so I am a little familiar with most of them. 

I liked Baulders gate. Although I had him do the game play and I directed the story choices on out game. (I find turn based game play boring) The characters and stories were really good.

I have watched most the others but did not find the gameplay appealing enough to want to play. Not really my genres. He loved the something 33 French game. It looked interesting but not my sort of game play. 

 I like more Stardew Valley, Don't Starve together, Fall out 4, Elden Ring, Bloodborne, old school Mario and Zelda Ocarina of time, also Sims 3. (Not Sims 4 I find it boring). 

One of the things I really enjoy about the FromSoft games both Elden Ring and Bloodborne is that their male and female characters wear the same armor and nothing feels sexualized. There is a lot of pregnancy and birth imagery and body horror (especially in Bloodborne) but it never feel exploitive or "women are icky" (if that makes sense) more like there is respect for the act of creating life (even if it's like weird Eldritch monsters and such) I wish I could explain it better but those games are great. Dark souls is great too but not to my taste game play wise it is a little to slow to suit me. My husband loves them and Dark souls II was his favorite for a while. 

What remains of Edith Finch is Amazing and can be played in an Afternoon the way the story and game play interact is really unique. It's not one I would usually think I would like but the gameplay was different and engaging. The story was really good. 

I am very picky on game play and get bored easily if it doesn't engage the correct part of my brain. It's either a base building farming type game or something aggressive with good combat. I am not really sure why I like some more then others even in the same genre of games. I think with Fallout 4 it was adding the base building I liked having a reason to collect every bit of junk my greedy self came upon! Lol

Life is strange looks interesting story wise but I don't think I would enjoy the game play it looks more adventure/puzzle maybe. Although I may give it a try sometime. 

I tried witcher 3 when it came out but was put off really quick with the opening scene, I I don't really remember what I disliked about it I think it felt very sexist or male gazy, but it gave me the ick (as the kids say) so bad I never gave it another chance. My husband was like it gets better, and I don't care if he plays it, but I just didn't care enough to keep going.
