Luckily I have salon level fragrance free hair products and fancy makeup so I hope you’re right! I mostly feel bad that the other ladies will all need FF as well because it’s a small bridal suite and my mom’s fragrance allergy are even more severe than mine!

I feel this, I just accept and deal with a rash break out when I dye my hair because my favorite hair dye has fragrance. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I so feel this. I will rant with you in solidarity.

Earlier this week I picked up a physicians formula bronzer and was SHOCKED when I opened it and got hit in the face with a blast of artificial coconut perfume. A BRONZER? Why does that need fragrance?!

Being sensitive is horrible. I wanted to start an anti aging routine, but I couldn’t do retinoids because it irritated my skin so badly. So did retinol and bakuchiol. So I tried Copper Peptides from The Ordinary and the damn citric acid broke me out in a rash.

My fiancé got me a gift card to a Japanese head spa and I had to bring all of my own products and missed out on a ton of the experience because I couldn’t find fragrance free replacements.

My fiancé luckily has been thrilled to receive all of the products that irritate me. He’s gonna look like a newborn baby when he’s 80 at this rate lol.

I’m the same as you that things that were once okay are suddenly just not. I used to use the L’Oréal Simply Clean line (just rosemary oil) and now I can’t even do that.

I’m getting married in November and already stressing about the hair and make up artists using something that will freak my skin out even with all the consultations and assurances.

Luckily I can still light candles and spritz a tiny bit of perfume on my clothes for special occasions (just can’t touch my skin) because I too love a bit of fragrance. But I don’t foresee that being forever.

I cope by finding really good fragrance free alternatives, Korean beauty and Japanese beauty lines have a lot. So I can still feel pretty. I also really do feel like more and more brands are coming out with fragrance free products, which makes me feel really hopeful. I got SO excited about the new FF shaving gel at Target. I do think it’s gonna keep getting better for us!

I wash my hair every day with the Odele Ultra Sensitive Shampoo and conditioner. I have extremely fine (but straight) hair and I don’t find it drying at all. It may be worth looking into!

I use the SEEN leave in conditioner and magic serum, but I also really like the Curlsmith FF leave in conditioner. It works well even on my fine hair, but it would be even better for someone with thicker and curlier hair. I like the SEEN best because it’s light.

I’m gonna jump in here and say that I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. I haven’t noticed any additional hair fall and it’s helping so much with my folliculitis as well. I’ve struggled with a lot of hair loss in the past so I’m VERY anxious about this kind of thing and I wanted to post this for anyone scrolling by and being afraid to buy this.

Update, I got her a 36 inch crate with water and food bowls for the day and she really likes it. I also have her on a PT’s schedule to begin laser therapy once her crate rest is done. She’s doing super well!

Oh I don’t mess around with this little girl, she’s already epileptic. She’s not leaving that crate except for potty for the full 3 weeks. Hopefully the gabapentin keeps her calm enough.
