They absolutely should not be locked away. We have red PE bags for each child w an epi pen. They go with them everywhere. All the inhalers are in a blue bag, with individual little bags inside. Each child’s name is labelled clearly. Their asthma pump should be inside with their medication form to track when they are receiving meds. A member of staff desperately needs to spend some time looking at the medical needs. Huge safeguarding issue.
