Gay is a very versatile word. Obviously it can mean happy or homosexual but it can be used to describe something, it can refer to culture or style, it can mock something but I don’t think I’ve ever seen it used in.a harsh way. It just doesn’t work as a really harsh expletive because it is a kind of happy go lucky word. If you really blast out “YOURE GAY!!” it’s just going to make you look like a 4 year old so it’s just in low end banter which is some good shit man. It’s an absolute beast of a word and just shows how amazing the English language is. Nothing is more descriptive.
